The king room was ready when we arrived and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television. the hotel was in a remote setting close to the city center.

The room was good sized, it included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. I've had a very very good stay for your full vacation.

The property was exceptionally clean and gorgeous. The rooms with bathroom and basic equipment, as example, amiable staff who claimed to be manager. Nice facilities. 0.5 miles away from Zaventem airport.

As a group of friends who often go out at nights, we recently stayed at a hotel close to the airport in Brussels. Despite being in the middle of nowhere, it was a convenient location for our early morning flight. the room was surprisingly spacious and quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. the free airport transfer starting at 4am was a major plus. we were disappointed with the lack of nearby cafes and restaurants.

On the negative side, the air ventilation in the room was not great, forcing us to choose between opening the window and enduring the noise of planes taking off or sleeping in a stuffy room. Another letdown was the lukewarm water in the shower.

Conveniently located a short distance away from the city center, making it easily accessible 🚗.

Good value for money. Kind and efficient staff. Clean and decent room.

Shuttle schedule is limited to early morning or late afternoon: we arrived around lunhch time and had to find another means of transport. Child bed was not made when we got to the room though clean folded sheets were on the bed. Finally i thought the Accor group and Air France had an agreement for crediting miles on the FB card.... it appears such agreement does not include Etap Hotels...

The hotel's location was convenient, being near the airport, city center, train station, office buildings. I appreciated that the hotel was just 4 km away from Vredesmonument.

its perfect if you want to stay for a journey break near the highway and near the airport ... a car is must though .... diegem town nearby 2-3 km ... nice restaurants for thai food...
